IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management has moved to an electronic submission and review system through Manuscript Central. Effective June 18, 2003 all new submissions must be submitted electronically through Manuscript Central at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tem-ieee/. The revised guidelines for authors can be found either through Manuscript Central or at "Guidelines for Authors" under the IEEE TEM Menu at this site. We hope that the new electronic submission and review process will greatly speed the review of manuscripts. You can still use this IEEE-TEM online system to view the updated status of papers submitted before June 18, 2003.. You may also continue to send revisions directly to your department editor using mail or email. If you would like to submit a new paper and view its status, please use our new IEEE TEM Manuscript Central system.
