Caveat Regarding Reading Fees!

I do not approve of entry fees and reading fees.  Publishers should
publish, not require the writers to provide the fees.  This greatly
reduces the publishers' incentive to be real publishers, i.e., to find the
readers for what the writers write.

Vanity is vanity.  Anyone who requires reading fees or entry fees is
running a vanity press. I realize that those who do have some
distinguished company, but it is vanity nevertheless.
